Auto-cancel Backorders
 

Often publishers have certain types of customers or titles for which backorders are not allowed. Standard Release 4.1 Cat’s systems allow setting of policy flags that block backorders for a specific customer or specific title. When backorders are rejected for certain classes of customers or books, custom programming can automate backorder cancellation. The order requested will be converted to a comment.
