Auto-display Customer Memo PadsAs business increases, it can be more and more difficult to remember special requirements of particular customers. If those requirements are in one of the customer memo pads, it might be helpful to have Cat’s customized either to display a message about potential memo-pad information or to display the memo pad. For example, special shipping instructions in the customer routing memo pad can be displayed on the third screen of order entry. Customer service notes in the bill-to or ship-to customer service memo pad can be displayed on the first screen of order entry.
