Automate Product Price UpdatesAre prices on products updated frequently? Are price changes effective at the beginning of a month? Want Cat’s Pajamas to automate the process of implementing new prices? Release 4.1 has new fields for indicating a planned new product price and the date the new price is to become effective. The month-end closing module can be customized to check whether a planned new price is to be effective the following month. If it is, the current price can be moved to the last list price field, the date of the price change recorded, the new price written to the current price field, and the “date price effective” field cleared.
