Automatic Book Substitution during Order Entry
This option is available only for the current release (4.1).
The release 4.1 book record has a new field, "Substitute Book".
Use this field for "information only" or have Cat's customize it to trigger
an automatic action during order entry.

You might want the order entry program to simply display a message about
a possible substitution whenever an operator enters a line item for "The Dog
Lover's Cookbook" (code DOLOC). This is the default program logic. The
operator decides whether the alternative book should be substituted or the
order for the item cancelled. Nothing is automatic, other than the display
of the message.

Or, you might want the order entry program to
automatically substitute one book for another. For example, "The Dog Lover's Cookbook, 2nd Edition"could be
automatically substituted, without a message, whenever an order entry operator attempts to enter
a line item for "The Dog Lover's Cookbook" (code DOLOC).
If the book substitution field is left blank, neither a display message nor
a substitution will happen during order entry.
