CASS Address Verification Module

Some publishers periodically review their customer file and ensure that it meets CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) or bulk-mailing requirements. The optional CASS Address Verification module allows a publisher to export and import customer data. After extracting records for export, the output file is sent off to be updated using third-party software.  When the modified file is returned, it is possible to cull unmodified records from the input file, then view records in the input file. A report of modified records can be printed to facilitate the review process. While viewing modified records, any that have undesirable changes can simply be deleted. After the review is complete, update the Cat’s Pajamas customer file from the input file. The update can be limited to zip code fields or all the modified fields.

The CASS Address Verification module can be customized to better match requirements of a particular service or publisher.
