Delete Print Batches by Date

Been putting off the housekeeping chore of deleting invoice and credit memo batches?  An optional program is available for Release 4.1 systems that deletes groups of print batches that are at least 3 months old, along with their associated log files. 

The program is in the new point-and-click (the mouse works) format. It offers two choices:

    Delete all batches older than "n" months

    Select batch(es) to be deleted from a list.

The program deletes only those batches for which the invoices have been printed. It will, however, delete batches even if labels and/or pick lists have not been printed.
