Document Archive for Invoices and Credit Memos

Use this program to view and print invoices and credit memos, exactly as they looked at the time they were originally printed. A snapshot of the printed information is kept in an archival data file. Thus, if the customer's name, address, or coding information has been changed in the customer record, this program lets you see it as it was, ensuring historical accuracy.

Search for documents by customer, by P.O. number, or by invoice/credit memo number.

If a document has been printed more than once, a pop-up window displays all the records for this document, along with the message "There are several sets of print records for this document ID. Pick one." Because subsequent printings of a document are annotated *EDITED* or *COPY*, you can establish an exact chain of events.
