Import "Print on Demand" Shipment Data

The shipping confirmation module can be customized to import shipment information from a print-on-demand fulfillment service, such as Lightning Source, Inc.  With LSI, Cat's can confirm invoices based on the ASN that LSI provides their clients.  By default, shipping charges, weight, shipping method are not updated, but they can be optionally updated.  Tracking numbers are captured as invoice comments for easy access by Customer Service.
