Multiple Forms FormatsBy default, Cat’s offers a single format each for shipping documents and credit memos. The program to print customer statements offers two formats, plain and custom. Cat’s can be customized to offer additional shipping document and credit memo formats. For example, publishers who usually print shipping documents and credit memos on multiple-part forms may want an optional plain-paper form for printing on a laser printer. Or perhaps you would prefer separate formats for packing and billing documents. If you often ship out of the United States, you may need a different format for customs documents. Or perhaps you would like a different format for faxing invoices or credit memos or customer statements. These are all possible.
