Print/Export MTD Shipment History Summaries

Are you familiar with the programs to “Print (shipment history) Summary by Book Codes” and “Print (shipment history) Summary by Customer Codes”? Have you ever needed a report that provided an option to summarize by book codes AND by customer codes? This program allows up to three book or customer fields and order type or source code to be summarized. There are summary formats and format options that include book or customer detail. Fields that can be summarized include: 

Author Code

Country Code

Book Discount Group

Customer Category

Book Status Code

Customer Group Code

Book Type Code

Customer Type 1

Front/Backlist Flag

Customer Type 2

Order/Return Type

Geographic Code

Product Group

Sales Area/Rep Code

Promo./Source Code

Sales Area 2 Code

Sponsor Code

Special Deal Code

Subject Code

State Code

Include/Exclude special charge records. Include/Exclude Frees from shipment/returns figures. Sort the last level by selected code or in descending dollar sequence.
