Release Backorders from Extract File

Use the program to View/Print/Export Backorder Information to create an extract file that includes only the backorders you would like to release, in the sequence you'd like them released. Save the extract. Within the enhanced backorder release module, release backorders based on the contents and sequence of that extract file.  For an estimate of the cost to implement this enhanced backorder release option within your Cat’s system, please email your request to support@tcpj.com or telephone 800-827-2287.
