Pro Forma Order Processing

Standard Cat’s systems offer pro forma terms. Orders with pro forma terms allocate inventory. Items that are out of stock are backordered.

The enhanced proforma order processing enables proforma orders that do not allocate inventory. Backorders are not created either; inventory is listed as if it is shippable.

When a pro forma payment is received, upload the pro forma invoice to create a prepaid invoice. The system will then offer to zap the original pro forma order.
