Upload Returns Information from a Fulfillment ServiceThere is more than one way to get information about returns into Cat’s Pajamas. If your returns are processed by an external fulfillment service, they may be able to provide a file of returns information for import by Cat’s Pajamas. The returns data-import interface can be customized according to the requirements of your fulfillment service. After receiving the fulfillment service returns file and saving it, you will run a program to convert the file into the format required for uploading into Cat’s. Then, within the credit-memo module, you can upload each return, verify the price and discount information, and create the credit memo. This process shifts credit memo data-entry to a review and edit process with great time-saving potential.
