View/Print/Export Posted Sales Archive

Reports and extracts created within the program to View/Print/Export MTD Shipment History may not match the month-end sales reports. This is because the month-end sales reports are based on the posting date, but the MTD shipment history reports are based on the shipping date. An invoice shipped in February with a shipment date in January will be posted and reported in February by month-end closing. But it will be reported as part of January’s activity by the MTD Shipment History Report.

The optional program to View Posted Sales Archive uses the posting date. Reports and extracts created within this program will match the month-end sales reports. Options within this program are similar to those within the program to View MTD Shipment History Archive: Specify a range of days for reporting. Select by customer or book codes, invoice codes, or by certain qualifiers. Choose a standard format or create your own. Tally. Export. Print.
