Support and ProgrammingWe are proud of the support we provide to our clients. Our support staff are there to answer your questions and help you to resolve problems. Standard support services are available via our toll-free number Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Technical support is billed when you use it.
Emergency support is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time. "Emergency" is defined as either the entire system or a critical function is inoperable. After hours support is available at a charge of one and one-half times the normal rate. End-of-month Saturday support is provided on the last Saturday of the month, or the first Saturday of the following month depending on the calendar, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. A schedule of Saturday support service days is posted in the "For Cat's Users" section of this web site. Programming services include analysis, estimating, consultation, programming, testing, and documentation of custom changes to your system. We provide written estimates for all programming work.
